Wild Medicine Walk
Saturday, 15 June, 13.00-14.00
To celebrate the start of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists Herbal Medicine Week 2019, the herbalists here at Fenland Natural Health are hosting another guided medicinal plant walk.
We shall be meeting up at the front gate of Ayscoughfee Hall and Gardens in Spalding (PE11 2RA). From this starting point we will be walking along the Welland riverside investigating its banks and uncovering the medicinal plants that grow here. We will be highlighting plants that have medicinal value, teaching how to identify them, and discussing the health benefits of each. The walk is approximately a mile long and is kept to public footpaths, but please do wear suitable footwear and clothing to reflect the weather conditions on the day.
There is no set fee, we will however be collecting any donations people wish to give which will go towards us continuing our work promoting natural health and well-being. Your support would be much appreciated
